Natalie joined the RPA from England Hockey where she worked as a Relationship Manager, having previously worked for England Netball, Kroll and Deloitte.

In her role as Head of Operations and Player Services, Natalie is responsible for managing the daily delivery of all Player Services available to RPA members, as well as looking after the operations of the company.
