Matt joined the RPA back in July 2022, following retiring from rugby, which ended a 13-year playing career.

He had previously played for London Irish, Bath Rugby, Gloucester Rugby and Worcester Warriors. He won representative honours with England Saxons and captained Bath between 2017 and 2019 during his seven-year stint at The Rec.
