James joined the RPA back in 2022, as the Wellbeing & Transition Manager.

Formally a player with; Saracens, Bristol, Gloucester, London Irish, Lyon, Wasps and England 7s, James has also held international coaching roles in recent years with England 7s and the Jamaican Rugby Union. Prior to joining the RPA full-time, he acted as a Diversity & Inclusion Advisor to the RPA from 2021.
