Donovan joined the RPA back in 2021, initially looking after England Women and London Irish, before being appointed to work with members at Saracens and Harlequins.

Outside of work, Donovan plays for for the Switzerland Rugby Union Team at scrum half, helping the Swiss side to their highest ever national ranking.
