The Rugby Players Association (RPA) has today announced Hotpod Yoga as a Partner.
Hotpod Yoga are excited to be working with the RPA to support not only the physical, but also the mental wellbeing of rugby players across the UK. Since November 2019, Hotpod Yoga have been working with the England Rugby team and truly understand the importance of player wellbeing.
Hotpod Yoga have created a truly immersive experience to improve mobility, increase core strength and enhance flexibility, whilst also aiding mental relaxation. The combination of heat (classes are heated to 37 degrees), inside of a dimly lit, mirrorless room complete with unique soundscapes and deep scents allows you to take yourself a million miles away from the everyday.
