Rugby players get imaginitive on social

Despite the current situation our players have really shown some incredible positivity in the face of the Coronavirus pandemic.

From sharing their new daily routines, showing off a new talent or offering some top tips to stay motivated during this time, here's a few ideas to keep you going while you are social distancing. 

Here are our top SIX:

First up England Sevens player Heather Fisher:

She will be sharing her top tips on how to stay healthy during this period, check out Episode 1 below, with a special guest appearance from fellow Sevens star Amy Wilson Hardy!

 

2. Next up is Harlequins' bulldozing centre Paul Lasike. Who knew he had those pipes on him! Paul shares a beautiful rendition of 'Isn't she lovely' for Mothers Day.

3. For those of you missing that burn, Exeter Chiefs stalwart Gareth Steenson is getting the whole family involved with some insanity workouts!

6.Last but certainly not least it has been awesome to see so many clubs helping out their local communities when they need it most. Here's Motu Matu'u delivering unused food from the Hazelwood centre to those in need in the local area.
