Play Premiership fantasy rugby and support Restart

We’re excited to announce that Restart is the Official Charity of The Rugby Magazine’s Premiership fantasy game this season. 

The 2020/21 Gallagher Premiership fantasy game is now live and you can get involved, whilst also supporting the RPA’s Official Charity, Restart.

With just one week to go before the new season kicks off, you don’t have long to build your fantasy rugby team and challenge your friends for the chance to win some amazing prizes throughout the season. Some big decisions lie ahead…what are your tactics going to be for selecting your squad?

Restart trustee and former player Ugo Monye, shares his tactics for this fantasy season with his team, ‘Monyemental’;

“I’m not going to give away too many secrets so that you can copy but my tactics have been going for mobile players… I want players that are going to get me massive points for line breaks, scoring tries and through big hits and turnovers as well. Fingers crossed this pays off!

"I have no doubt this season’s fantasy rugby it’s going to be fun and also competitive but more so than anything, it’s about raising vital funds for Restart so please join me and get involved this season!”

How will playing fantasy rugby support Restart?

The Rugby Magazine will be donating 50% of every upgrade within the Premiership fantasy game to Restart.
 
All funds raised through the Premiership fantasy game during the 2020/2021 season for Restart will go directly to supporting our work to help current and former players, and their families during difficult times. The Rugby Magazine team are aiming to raise enough funds to cover the cost of our 24/7 Confidential Counselling Service for the next six months with your help.

The Rugby Magazine’s fantasy game is free to join and play, and everyone will be in with a chance of winning monthly prizes.
