The RPA Transition Weekend 2018
Every year the RPA, with Fieri Leadership, run a Transition Weekend for players thinking about, approaching or who have already retired from rugby. The weekend provides players with an opportunity to connect with fellow professionals and mentors, plan for their transition into a new career, learn from world class mentors and come away with a plan for their next steps. This short video gives an insight into the 2018 weekend which took place on the 1st - 3rd June in the Brecon Beacons.
