We're pleased to announce that “15 Under 23”, which highlights the young members who stand out each month is back for the Gallagher Premiership and the Premiership Women's Rugby for the 2023/24 season.

The campaign will run until April 2024 for each respective tournament, with the RPA nominating four players aged 23 and under* who have stood out for club and country in all competitions and then each month, fans get to vote for their MVP of the Month.

The whole process culminates in the picking of the 15 Under 23 from the long shortlist for each competition. The Teams of the Season will be announced in May.

The nominees for January's MVP – Male are:

• Oscar Beard - Harlequins
• Ollie Chessum - Leicester Tigers
• Dafydd Jenkins - Exeter Chiefs
• Guy Pepper - Newcastle Falcons

The nominees for January's MVP - Female are:

• Elliann Clarke - Bristol Bears Women
• Merryn Doidge - Exeter Chiefs Women
• Lleucu George - Gloucester Hartpury Women
• Sadia Kabeya - Loughborough Lightning

The vote will open on Monday 5th February at 12pm and close on Friday 9th February at 4pm. The winner will be announced in the following week.
