Eight years since it was first officially launched, The Jolly Hog has today taken a major step in expanding their renowned pork sausage business by opening a flagship restaurant in Bristol.
PIGSTY today opened its doors to the public, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, and focusing on great tasting and local produce.
Launched by the three brothers behind The Jolly Hog – Olly, Josh and Max Kohn, alongside current Harlequins prop, Will Collier, the restaurant is set to take the Bristol food scene by storm.
With The Jolly Hog range now available nationwide in Sainsbury’s, Ocado and pitch-side at the Jolly Hog food villages at The Stoop, The Oval, Tough Mudder and Glastonbury, former RPA Player Representative, Olly, says launching PIGSTY was naturally the next step.
“My brothers and I have always wanted to have a stronger presence in our home town. Opening up our first restaurant is real testament to the quality of our products and all the hard work that has been put in by everyone at The Jolly Hog over the past eight years.”
