Stuart Munday Appointed RPA Chief Operating Officer

Following an internal restructure, The Rugby Players Association (RPA) Finance and HR Director, Stuart Munday, has been promoted to the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) RPA with immediate effect.

Stuart will be responsible for the management of the daily business operations of the RPA Group as well as assuming responsibility on all performance management aspects of its respective departments. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, Damian Hopley, the COO is a member of the RPA Executive Management Team and RPA Management Board. RPA Group CEO and founder, Damian Hopley, said; “Stuart has been an outstanding member of the RPA Team since joining the organisation in 2005 and has proven to be a first class Director of the business since 2011. This thoroughly deserved promotion comes at an exciting time for rugby in England and is a landmark development in the evolution of the Rugby Players Association as we enter our 20th season.
