The RPA (Rugby Players Association) has today announced KPMG as their new Tax Partner.

KPMG is a leading, global tax provider and will assist RPA members to understand many of the complex tax issues for professional sportsmen. The RPA prides itself on working with respected, specialist firms which supply expert advice to our members.

RPA members will now benefit from access to a dedicated KPMG team that will build local relationships with the players. This is another essential welfare service and The RPA looks forward to developing the partnership with Roger Gadd and his team.

In addition, KPMG sponsored The RPA Hall of Fame Induction at The RPA Computacenter Players Awards 2012, held at the Grosvenor House Hotel on 23rd May. Last years inductee Lawrence Dallaglio was on hand to present the award to Jason Robinson, who followed in the footsteps ofMartin Johnson, Jeremy Guscott, Richard Hill and Jason Leonard

Director of the Private Client team, Roger Gadd, who will drive the partnership with The RPA, said: I am very pleased to have the opportunity to work with the RPA and its members.
