Mark joined Campion Willcocks & Associates Ltd in 1988 eventually taking over as Managing Director and assuming overall responsibility for the business in 1994. Today he works at senior executive and board level, managing relationships and helping clients to identify, understand and address the change management issues they face. Mark was appointed a Non-Executive Director of the RPA in 2003.
Harry has extensive experience in general management within financial services having worked in the banking industry for over 30 years with roles at Williams & Glyn’s, The Royal Bank of Scotland and Coutts. Harry has always had a deep interest in rugby, is a keen supporter of Harlequins and has been involved in a number of Testimonial Committees.
After a 35 year career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, of which the last 24 years were as a partner, specialising in international transactions which led him to work in over 40 countries and to work on some of the world’s largest ever takeovers, Joe retired and took up a number of NED roles, both in paid and volunteer positions. Joe is a Chartered Accountant and has attended various programmes at London Business School over a twenty year period.
Judith Batchelar OBE
Judith has worked in the food and drink industry for more than 35 years and is a Biochemist and Nutritionist. She has been Director of Sainsbury’s Brand since 2004 and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s product offering, policy, corporate responsibility, sustainability and public affairs. In addition to her work at Sainsbury’s, Judith is a Non Executive Director of The Environment Agency, sits on the Executive Board of the Prince’s Accounting for Sustainability Project, and the Board of Trustees for Farm Africa, the Matt Hampson Foundation, and is also an ambassador for the Woodland Trust.
